For Refunds/Returns – Virtual Items – Digital License Key
As of now, we are unable to offer any refunds once the key is delivered to you. Why?
Answer: Because once the purchase is made, the key will get delivered to you on your mail and will also appear under the order details. It is nearly impossible to tell if the customer has used it on their machine or not. And that’s why a refund cannot be issued in that regard.

Replacement Policy – Virtual Items – Digital License Key
All Digital Keys sold on our website comes with a Lifetime Validity however in an event where the license keys that you purchased from us, stop working after some days/months/years, then we will issue a replacement.
However, we will have to verify that your machine’s hardware hasn’t changed since the activation process.
These factors will void your replacement warranty:
1. Motherboard change
2. Windows installation on a different hard drive.
3. CPU change (most of the times it is unaffected)
4. Microsoft Account Change on the machine.
For Refunds/Returns – Physical Products/Gadgets
Our refund and returns policy for all computer components/gadgets lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Since almost everything will be provided unused and in brand new condition. Brand warranty will be applicable on the same.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- Unboxed Working SSDs and Memory Cards – If not faulty, it will be assumed as used if opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 21 working days.
Note: While certain payment method might allow refunds to be credited instantly, some payment method (used during the purchase) can take 7 to 21 working days to be credited back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If it’s been more than 7-21 days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@airavens.com and we will assist you further.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Bihar (854105), India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
