Shipping
We currently ship to one city (locally) i.e. in Bihar. In case of purchases made outside our store website, the shipping possibilities are determined by the respective website/seller.
Shipping Time
Once we’ve the components in stock, We take at least 2 business days to deliver the product. Service-able location: Bihar
We thrive to use eco-friendly materials to pack and ship items and will continue to opt for the same.
In every shipment, we ensure the packaging is enough to make the product reach you without damages. However, in certain cases when it doesn’t, you can contact us for the same.
Requirements for claiming a damaged shipment:
1. Proper Video-taping of the unbox is required to ensure the damage is visible rightly.
2. Separate photos might be required to further investigate the issue.
Shipping Charges:
To ensure quality packaging, a small shipping charge is included during the checkout. Although we offer Free Shipping with nearly all of our deliver-able products.
To minimize the risk of damage during the transit from our warehouse unit to delivery location, we do not use any third party shipper in our local locations.
Delivery
We try to deliver all products on the same day if it’s in stock.
You can expect some delay in case:
- There’s a public holiday.
- The product is out of stock.
- Our Delivery Person is unavailable. But we’ll try our best to make things happen ASAP.
- It is weekend. We believe that weekends are for everyone, however we’re working on a way to provide delivery on all week days.
