Validity: All Digital Keys sold on our website comes with Lifetime Validity.

1. Warranty Coverage: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.

2. What is Covered

  • Not Working Keys – at the time of installation.
  • Misplaced Key – during product uninstall/corruption.
  • Re-activation problems – your hardware must not be changed.

3. What is Not Covered

  • Hardware change after installation
  • Product resell OR re-installation on a different computer than the deemed one.
  • Use of Unauthorized modifications
  • Use of Unauthorized/cracked software that may damage the PC.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will assess your claim and provide you with further instructions.

5. Limitations and Exclusions This warranty is the exclusive remedy for product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or profits caused.

1. Warranty Coverage Our sold products come with a standard “Brand Warranty” for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase/delivery. Warranty Applicable on – Air Starter Build Series

  1. Validity – A standard 6 months warranty on Motherboard, RAM, CPU FAN, SATA Cable and SMPS/PSU.

2. What is Covered

  • Dead during runtime.
  • Burn during runtime

3. What is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage resulting from the use of non-approved accessories
